Indegenous Customary Law

It is unfortunate that most South Africans are unaware of the Recognition of Customary Marriages Act, Act 120 of 1998. Whereas the Act itself is not without multiple lacuna, it at least creates a platform for advancement of our Indigenous Marriages, the consequences of which confuse the masses to this day. We assist in disputes arising from Customary marriages. We further provide advise on the laws related to traditional affairs and matters related thereto.
